Dutchwoman ANNEKE VAN GIERSBERGEN has one of the most amazing voices! Strong and vulnerable at the same time. She became famous mainly as the frontwoman of the rock band The Gathering, but since then she has also enjoyed a very successful solo career for many years. ANNEKE is coming to ZLÍN, Masters of Rock Café on Saturday, May 18th with a new project called "Heavy Strings"!

Get ready for semi-classical anthems from the Iron Maiden, Guns N' Roses, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, as well as Anneke's personal heroes, Mastodon. Together with master musicians, she brings completely new versions of well-known songs.
