MASTERS OF ROCK 2026 – 16. – 19. 7. 2026 – R. Jelínek distillery, VIZOVICE

Canadian thrash wizards VOIVOD will embark on a summer European tour without their frontman Denis "Snake" Bélanger. He will be replaced by Eric "E-Force" Forrest, just like in the second half of the nineties. Visitors to the MASTERS OF ROCK in Vizovice will thus have a unique opportunity to see this legend in an "old-new line-up".

E-Force was the lead singer and bassist in the impressive power trio VOIVOD from 1994 to 2000.
"Snake" cannot participate in the tour due to serious family reasons, but he suggested that the band could continue if E-Force were available and interested. After all, Eric is part of the Voivod family and actively performs, but he is struggling with his own health problems. Once the band got in touch with Eric, he was extremely flattered and said he would definitely be able to do it and that his health was under control.

Eric says: „Greetings to all! I am honoured and blessed to be asked to fill in for Snake this summer, to keep the Voïvod fans, band, legacy in motion!! I’m very thrilled to be part of this tour.
