Industrial, true-crime project SKYND returns with a new single “Tamara Samsonova”, another declassified set from “Chapter VII: Red Winter”. The track explores the case of the so-called “Granny Ripper” and reveals a deeply disturbing portrait of isolation, paranoia and ritual violence.

SKYND continues to blur the line between music and true-crime storytelling. Known for her dark, cinematic sound and carefully researched cases, the project has built a loyal global fan base, powerfully drawn to its unwavering exploration of the darkest corners of human nature.
The single “Tamara Samsonova” shifts the focus to the claustrophobic environment of a lonely apartment. Told through diary-like fragments, the song captures the eerie contrast between everyday routine and escalating brutality. Repetitive phrases and lullaby-like elements clash with harsh imagery to create a hypnotic and deeply disturbing atmosphere, anchored by a recurring reference to “Dimitrova 10”.
