Friends, with great regret today, the day before the start of the MASTERS OF ROCK 2025 festival, we announce another change in the program! This concerns Saturday night! Due to health reasons, the Japanese samurai-metal band RYUJIN will not be coming!
Statement from singer and guitarist Ryoji: „It is with a broken heart that we announce that we will not be able to perform at Masters of Rock this time. Performing at Masters of Rock has always been one of my biggest dreams and I have prepared as much as possible to make it happen. Although my back pain is improving, it is still not possible for me to travel. This decision was not made lightly. I have always dreamed of expanding Ryujin's presence in Europe and connecting with fans. My incredible bandmates – Timi, Petri and Teppo were fully prepared to play. They are not only amazing musicians but also true friends and I am deeply grateful to them for their dedication and talent. I am deeply sorry for this outcome and the disappointment it causes. More than anger, I now feel a deep sadness and a sense of loss for what could have been. But this is not the end. Together with the members of RYUJIN, I will continue to work hard on our activities in Europe and I hope to stand on the Masters of Rock stage in the near future. Thank you all for your understanding and endless support. Ryoji”
