The lead single from the new album is already circulating around the world. “Far Away” is a track that is full of all the hallmarks of PRIMAL FEAR – soaring melodies, thunderous drums, fierce guitars and Ralf Scheepers’ unmistakable vocals.
Scheepers explains the meaning of the single: “It’s an expression of faith and trust. We all know that feeling when you miss someone so much that you can’t see or hear them every day – especially as musicians on tour.”
Founded and still led by Mat Sinner (bass, vocals) and Ralf Scheepers (vocals), the band has been going strong for almost three decades and has never let down their global fan base. Relentlessly pushing the boundaries, PRIMAL FEAR ensures that no two albums sound the same. After their career-high chart-topping album “Code Red” [2023], expectations for the next album were higher than ever. The quintet, now with talented guitarist Thalìa Bellazecca and former touring drummer André Hilgers, was more than ready for this challenge.
