ROCK CASTLE 2024 – castle park, MORAVSKÝ KRUMLOV, 15. – 17. 8. 2024
Metalheads, as in previous years, we have arranged for you, visitors to the ROCK CASTLE 2024 festival, special prices for viewing a beautiful and completely unique exhibition of 20 famous large-format canvases by the art master, painter Alfons Mucha "Slav Epic", which is installed inside the castle in MORAVSKÝ KRUMLOV. In addition, this unique exhibition is accessible only to visitors of the ROCK CASTLE festival, not to the public, for all 3 festival days! All you have to do is wear a festival wristband at the registration stand.
You can also visit the newly renovated castle tower and enjoy a wonderful view of the romantic surroundings of picturesque MORAVSKÝ KRUMLOV or take a bird's-eye view of the ongoing festival. This year, as part of the festival, you also have the opportunity to see the interesting Symbiozium art exhibition and come to relax in silence for a while. The exhibition presents the work of three prominent members of the Slovak Art Forum. Specifically the artists Maroš Mešek, Walther Smeitink-Mühlbacher and Emil Semanac. You´ll see sculptures that speak the mysterious language of wood, collages connecting dreams with reality, or pictures of modesty and peace.
Registration for the tour of the Symbiozium and Tower exhibition will take place at the same place as for the "Slavic Epic" - at the registration stand. You can find it right next to the ticket office before entering the festival area and it will be open for you on Thursday from 10:00 to 13:00, Fri-Sat from 8:30 to 11:00!
Tours of the Slav Epic on Thursday will take place at 10:45, 11:45 and 12:45, on Friday and Saturday at 8:45, 9:45 and 10:45. Tours of the Symbiosium exhibition and the tower will take place on Thursdays at 11:00, 12:00 and 13:00. On Friday and Saturday at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00.
The special entrance fee for you, the visitors of the festival, is: 150,- (Slavic Epic) and 100,- (Symbiosium exhibition + castle tower). The entrance fee is paid in cash when registering for the tour!
